| Obverse: | on a stylized gold five-pointed star, a central round disk with the side portrait of President Ho Chi Minh and a gold lotus at the bottom, surrounded by a gold ring with the red inscription "VÌ SỰ NGHIỆP ĐẠI ĐOÀN KẾT DÂN TỘC" (For the great national unity). | |||
| Reverse: | gold background, with little square pattern and the manufacturer's name and phone number. | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 13mm x 28mm, gold outer border, with thin gold stripes on red background. | |||
