The Solidarity Against American Aggression Decoration is an unknown decoration, but appears similar to the Friendship Decoration, perhaps for Chinese who fought for Vietnam in 1966 time. It is known to have been issued to Chinese recipients in 1966. (for Frendship Decoration see here)

  Design: round, gold, 31mm across, with suspension;
    Obverse: in the middle shaking hands, with behind the red DRV flag, with the inscription around - ĐOÀN KẾT CHIẾN THẮNG GIẶC MỸ (Solidarity against American aggression) in red, and along the edge a palm wreath;
    Reverse: plain;
  Ribbon:

red 9mm, yellow 4mm, red 9mm; pentagonal suspension
